I have the beginnings of rheumatism in some of my joints, I have a bad back and my knees are a mess. I can function without much aid, though I normally take plain aspirin or Napxon, a prescription pain reliever.
I’ve taken CBD by vaping it, dabbing it and using a sublingual (under the tongue).
The sublingual preparation had instructions that were not exactly clear, but the just of instructions will tell you to take smaller amounts until you find a level that works. It sounds like flimsy instructions, but it appeared to be the way I needed to take it. It is marketed as a daily supplement that can be used as pain may increase by taking more.
