    I agree with the commenters saying drinking milk won’t make you tall. It’s just one piece of the puzzle. High protein, calcium, and Vitamin D provided building blocks for growth in my youth, but milk is not the only reason I’m tall.

    Growth plates are closed or close to closing at 18. No chance to get more than an inch or two (if any). Genetics determine whether you will. Growth hormone not indicated. Illegal use of growth hormone might get a bit more growth, but risks outweigh benefits. Nothing will get you 6 inches.
