    The most significant benefit for me, from following a ketogenic diet, aside from weight loss, would have to be more energy.

    Back when I was on the Standard Diet (SAD Diet), I was always tired and fatigued during the day. But now on the ketogenic diet, I have more steady and higher energy levels throughout the day.
